Question: I seem to of hit a wall with the muscle building is there any suppliments i can take to stop this!?
i have ordered no-xplode but is there any thing else !.!.!.!.!?

I have tried no xplode and i am sorry to say that although its a good product and works very wellon the muscles i would suggest to u not to use it!.!.!.U may not like my answer but 2 weeks after i started it I had a physical and my liver was found to be functioning at 300% rate my doctor asked me what i was taking !.!.i was just taking regular protein and this !.!.he told me to stop an to com back in a week!.!.I stopped the no x plode and stayed on the protein!.!.when I went for my check up everything was almost normal!.
U have hit a plateu in muscle building and I suggest u to change you routine entirely!.Dont give your body a chance to adapt to your workouts!.!.!.if u dont do cardio !.!.now do more of it!.!.!.!.if u spent lot of time on biceps and triceps now spent only ten minutes !.!.!.if u used heavy weighy weights try lighter weights but do more sets!.!.!.and so forthWww@Answer-Health@Com

when you say "hit the wall" are you talking about running out of energy or just running out of motivation!?

"hit the wall" occurs when you run out of muscle and liver glycogen!. Meaning the body has no source from which to draw energy!. Carbohydrates is what gives you this energy!.

This question is hard to answer without knowing your body building experience!. Sorry if you're more advanced than this, then I can't help, except maybe changing your training schedule, but I can tell you the basic advice I know:

1!. Very important: eat enough protein!. It's the stuff that builds your muscles!. Most sources tell you to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (Or about 2 gram per kilogram of bodyweight)!. Take sources that do not contain too much fat, such as lean meat, cottage cheese, quark!.
2!. Don't overtrain your muscles!. If you train too much, the muscles don't get enough time to repair and build themselves!. Usually for a full body workout don't train over three times a week, and for a split body part workout I think you should train each muscle group at most once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
