Question: PLEASE HELP ASAP- How can I safely lose weight within the next 4 months!?
My junior year is coming up and over the summer I'm going to have a job, acting, and also doing a lot of study!. I'm 5'1'', 15, and I'm a female and I weight 146 lb!. I have terrible love handles and ENORMOUS thighs and a tummy! What can I do!? Also, my mom buys some pretty unhealthy foods!. Though, she occasionally buys fruits, but they're mostly in syrup!. What can I do!? I can't lose weight with fried foods and rice all of the time!. Also, I don't really have a strong will!. I NEED help!. PLEASE! I need to look good for next school year and my birthday is this summer as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and you family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!? Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or nutrition supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"

To lose weight (fat), include more fiberous slow digesting carbs, as opp to the

fast ones, no white breads, fast foods, ketchups, sugar, only skim milk, not 2%,

skim and whole grain non sweet cerial, whole wheat bread, buy some protein,

include lean meats like ham, and other sources of protein, no red

meats,multivitamin, calcium and vitamin d every 2 days, v8!. Don't starve, eat

small healthy meals, a lot of small meals opposed to a few bigger ones-- make sure is has at least 8-10 or more g, not too much protein,

the body can only digest a certain amount at a time, avoid too many fruits, carbs

and sugars, fiberous veggies, greens (no starches or potatoes) are good ,and no bbq sauce

(unless used sparringly) and not too much salad dressing, before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, dont
eat many carbs before bed!. Eat some of that good cereal in the morning, you need carbs, just not too much, and the slow ones!.

Do crunches until you can not do anymore, jog stairs, be safe, warm up and sprint, short bursts

of intense activity is very effective compared to long weak activity, just don't

over do it, Jog stairs ;and also do some lunges until it burns, do this every day or 2 days, keep

going and don't give up, same with eating, you need fat, so one fish oil daily,

eat fish (not fried, be careful, very careful for bones, peanut butter on whole

wheat (no jelly),which has protein, and dont worry about the fat in that,

avocodos, has fat, good fat, eat it when your hunger cravings get you!. when you

do crunches, also twist on some to work your sides, keep tension on your abs!.
