Need diet advice?
I think I'm beginning to get overweight, and I need to start dieting. I work really hard while I exercise (to the point where people told me to stop cause I'm working too hard) but when I come home I eat alot which I think is making the exercise meaningless.
The problem is that after I work hard I always get hungry and eat more than is necessary. CAn anyone help me?

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day as well as during exercise. Water will help curb hunger pangs. It is good to eat after exercise to replenish carbohydrate and protein stores in your body lost from working out, but eat healthy foods such as fruit, vegetables, and maybe protein drinks to help fill you up. Also eating 5-7 small well-balanced meals throughout the day will help your metabolism stay high and you'll burn calories all day, leading to weight loss.
