Question: Excercises to do to tighten flabby thighs and calves!?
I'm skinny/slender and my thighs are really flabby and everytime i run in gym, i always wear sweats cause its so embarrassing!. i also have flabby calves!. any excercises i can do or how much should i run a week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

best calf toning exercise ever: stand with your feet shoulder length apart and raise your heels up, like your need to stand on your toes to reach something on a shelf!. lower yourself with control back to the floor!. do these 100 times a night!. it feels really weird and painful but its so effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not much help is possible as spot reduction is not possible!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.
