I'm exercising lots... and keep waking up hungry?
I'm currently running and swimming a fair bit and feeling fit and healthy. However, even though I'm eating well and going to bed feeling full, I keep waking up at about 3 or 4am absolutely starving with a concave stomach! I think my metabolism must have shot up but it's not as though I'm starving myself by any means. Obviously this isn't great for my wakefulness, any suggestions?

Your insulin may be spiking. Are you eating bread, potatoes, rice etc with your evening meal? Cut those out and eat extra protein with your vegetables. See if that helps.
