Answers:
Have an egg for breakfast instead because carbohydrates (cereals) turn to fat faster that proteins (egg)!.

Have salad and whatever else you normally have for lunch!.

It doesn't matter what you have for dinner, just try and lay off the desserts!

Eat watermelon during the day - it flushes toxins out from the body = less fats and other bad stuff!. Make sure you eat plenty of vegies!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's actually very healthy, and you sound perfectly normal!. Make sure to eat at LEAST 3 times a day, though, preferably 5, no matter how small!. Never skip breakfast! The reason why you should eat so many times a day is that your body burns it and stores it correctly if it's given reasonably moderate amounts at a time, so it will process it better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well my advice is that you eat about 500 calories at lunch and about 100 at dinner!. i never eat past 5!. i don't eat breakfast!. only lunch-1/2bagel!. then around 4- a salad and a yogurt at 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats a good diet but u are a healthy weight now maybe even underweight for your heightWww@Answer-Health@Com
