love handles are the hardest to lose!. this is because they are pure fat, and since when our bodies lose body fat, they lose it from all over and not just one area, it's really hard to spot train!.

Funny thing I overheard at the gym!. This older guy about 65 who is in really great shape says power walking for an hour 3-5 days per week really helps get rid of love handles!. There is also detox, colon cleanse which help boost energy and shed some pounds!. Drink a glass of water before each meal which makes you less hungry!. Also be really careful on buying anything that has reduced fat or says diet because companies have to add a whole bunch of chemicals and food additives!. Another thing you can do is buy 100% organic food!. Companies also put chemicals in their food that make you hungrier and addictive so you can keep buying their food!. I would buy the Books that Kevin Trudeau has written!. They are amazing books!. I think he has about three book published!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

he's right it is a lifestyle!.!.!.but it also has sumtin to do wiht your body!.doing ab exercises and all that stomach stuff will help!.!.!.!.!.but will help strengthen your core area!.!.!.it wont take away the love handles!.!.!.when people say they do ab exercises to rid of love handles or belly fat they are wrong!.!.!.they someitmes have good genetics!.!.eat right!.!.!.workout on a regular basis!.!.!.and very dedicated to their goals!.!.!.wen u lose fat your body doesnt lose fat where you want it!.!.!.your body loses fat where your body wants to lose it first!.!.!.so eventually when your losing weight and working out properly and eating right!.!.!.those love handles will start going away slowly!.!.!.remember spot reduction does not work becuase your body losses fat where ever it wants to!.!.!.good luck on your goalsWww@Answer-Health@Com
