Question: Bar dips/upright rows prevent shoulder injury!?
you fitness guys probably know this
I know that parallel bar dips and upright rows both put alot of stress and pressure on the shoulder joint and the rotator cuffs, but I'm wondering if I performed these exercises enough would my shoulder and rotator cuffs adjust to the motions of these exercises and prevent me from an injury

I'm not a fan of upright rows because of the risk of irritation due to shoulder impingement!.

Icreased muscle mass around a joint will always decrease the risk of injury!. That said if you are doing them improperly it will probably increase the risk of injury!.
Side note: Increased muscle mass will also decrease flexibility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
