Question about parallel bar dips?!


Question: Question about parallel bar dips!?
so dips put alot of stress on your rotator cuffs, but I'm wondering if I performed dips with proper form for awhile would my rotator cuffs adjust to the motion and prevent injury!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Try going only to parallel when you do them, not all the way down!. This might help your rotator cuffs!.

If they bother it to much, I would try to find an alternate exercise!.

You could also do some exercises to strenghten the rotator cuff!. This might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
