Help me decide on what I should eat?!
Question: Help me decide on what I should eat!?
I'm 18 years old, I'm 6'2", and I weigh less than160!. I'm very skinny, too skinny, but I don't want to gain weight, I just want to know how to eat healthy!.
Currently I eat nothing but junk food, I have fast food at least five times a week and subway the other two days for lunch!. Generally my dinner consists of either nothing or ice cream, potato chips, or some food like that!. And I have about three 20oz sodas a day!.
I exercise regularly and am in good health but I fear that I won't be for long if I keep this up!.!.!. I feel tired and groggy all the time and I tire quickly!. I just want that refreshing feeling I get after eating a raw pepper or an apple all the time!.
What should my daily diet consist of!? I don't want to go to the complete polar opposite of what I do now but I would like to start heading in the right direction!.

keep in simple- focus in fiber- up to 25-30 grams per day- tough to do but very healthy!. fish 2x week, lean chicken or meat, snack on stuff like nuts, whole grain crackers, and veggies!. Beans are a great side- high in protein and fiber!. whole grain cereal for breakfast!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay of carbs like pastas and starches,everything grilled or broiled,veggies,exercise about 10 minutes a day and if your skinny oh well it has nothing to do with what you eat!.!.if you eat like that you have a high risk of hear disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
