Question: Is this a good weight loss plan for a 15 year old!?
okay my friend told me about it to "confuse" my metabolism like one day eat 2500 caloried then 2000 the next day then 1000 then 1500 etc etc so it will burn more fat!.
i really dont understand this but ur supposed to loose alot of weight this way!. ireally dont know do you think it will workWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes it makes sense, but you should eat the higher amount of calories for about a week or two, still exercising, then drop down to a low amount of calories and continue exercising!. it will confuse your body into working harder to burn the calories quicker and more efficiently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
