Too muscular of arms?!


Question: Too muscular of arms!?
I'm a young teen age girl who joined the swim team, and it was intense!. For three months we swam for 7 days a week, 6 hours a day, about 8 miles each day!. My coach was a jerk, and we received poor training along with this extreme work out!. It's been about 5 months since season ended, but my arms look too masculine now!. The weird thing is, it's just one of my arms!. I have wide shoulders and a slim waist, so my arms are even more noticeable!. I did everything I could during season to finish the sets we were given, and I basically depended on my right arm!. It's really embarrassing when people point it out, and I'd really like to, first of all, even my arms out, and do that by reducing the muscle in my arms!. It's not toned muscle either, it's pretty bulky!. Could someone please help me!? Is there any way at all that I could achieve the slim, lean muscular arms that I used to have!? Well losing muscle mass is kinda hard!. Are you sure it's not just fat!? Do you know what your body-fat percentage is!? Doing cardio would certainly help!. You can do cardio every day, and try not to eat as much, but don't starve yourself!. Eat a lot of carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes) before you do cardio so that you have energy!. You can cut back on the protein a little bit!. I mean you should still eat some protein, but if you eat like a lot of meat every day, you should cut back on that!. There's enough protein in dairy products, nuts, and beans!. But still don't eat too much!. Don't lift weights; no resistance training of any kind!. Only cardio!. You can also do sprints!. They really boost your metabolism!.

And next season of swimming, use both arms equally!. By the way what stroke do you do!? Haha, I was on the swim team this winter, for the first time!. It turned out I was a great butterflier, so my coach made me swim butterfly at every meet!. I hated it!.!. I mean I like butterfly but I always get so tired!.!. I can do 50 no problem but a 100!.!.!.

And use your legs too!.!. Your speed depends on your legs, your arms are just there to keep you going!. Not really true for butterfly, though, haha!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
