I need to lose weight and be able to run 200 yards in 1 minute HELP?
I have a physical training test on July 21st and need to be able to drag a 165 pound dummy 60ft in 1 minute and run 200 yards in one minute. I am not fat, but I am not skinny I would say about average. What can I do from now until July 20th to be able to pass this test. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
Run sprints of 200 yards, walk or run backwards on a track, if you can get a bag of concrete or sand bag, hug it and walk or run back wards. That will help your balance. you can't really bulk up that fast so try to simulate the test as close as you can . do as many reps as you can. Don't work out at all on the 20th.
