Question: Is it alright to only eat one meal a day and dat meal only be a small bag of chips!?
strain and pressure is put on your heart and other vital organs!. you could even become infertile!.
this isnt okay!.

Absolutely not! You body has certain requirements to keep everything working properly, and I don't just mean your BM's!. If your electrolytes get out of balance, it can cause all sorts of serious problems that could be life threatening!. You need to eat from all food groups every day!. You have to have protein to balance the sugars and carbs you take in!. You need a certain amount of fat, fiber, calcium, etc!. etc!. etc!. If you are eating only one meal a day to try to lose weight this not the way to do it!. You can end up doing permanent damage to your body, or even worse!. Talk to your doctor or if you are a student, talk to the school nurse or home ec instructor!. Drinking something like SlimFast is a good idea because it is pretty complete, but you can't do it for every meal!. Please be careful and get back to eating a normal diet!. Otherwise, you may be very sorry, or very dead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


if you dont get food every 2-3 hours, ( which equals about 5 meals a day) whatever food you do get your body will store it because it thinks you're starving and it will store it as fat!.

If you cut out salt and sugar you'll be so much better off and eat when you're hungry even if that just be a small salad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, then you'd be using more calories than you're gaining unless you sit on the couch all day pressing the TV remote's button!. When the body REALLY needs food and you choose not to provide it, then it starts eating off your body fat which is actually NOT good because of the nutrients in it!. Eventually you WILL grow faint or light-headed!. In worst cases you will need immediate emergency help, and even in the best case you're body will become as frail as a twig even with excersizing because that just takes away more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. you can probably function well enough by eating that (depending on the calorie content) for a while

but your health will eventually deteriorate, i guarantee it, because there is no nutritional value (vitamins, minerals) i!.e!., you will get sick a lot because your immune system breaks down and your body weakens from lack of fortification

I know it is easy to convince yourself that eating very little can help you to lose weight, but it actually causes you to gain!. You body goes in to starvation mode, so all calories are stored, causing you to gain weight!. You are better off eating 3 meals a day, and even a couple of small snacks!.!.!.keeps your metabolism up!. Just make healthy choices!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bad!. You need just under 1500 calories a day just to survive, and that is without any movement at all!. Please understand that if you are concerned with your image, you should eat more and exersize more!. It leads to well toned muscles instead of bones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you'd get better results if you add some lean chicken, some fresh vegetables and a couple of glasses of water to that bag of chips and repeat 3 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
