Question: I need help to get into shape in 3 months!. Need to loose about 10-15 pounds!?
Im going to the Philippines at the end of July and I want to look as sexy as possible!. can someone give me a really good workout routine and some good food to eat thats healthy and none fattening!. this would be greatly appreciated!. thanks!. First you start out with low fat foods for about 2 weeks oatmeal, at breakfast turkey hoagie no mayo at lunch lean chicken at dinner etc!.!.!.!.!.Anything filling and low fat all you want!!!!!!! After two weeks lower the carbs!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.breads mostly mufffins etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.for the next two weeks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.eventually work yourself down to mostly meats! Meats and cheese, some veggies are fantastic for you!!!!!You will not even need to exercise you will look fantastic!!!!!If you eat bread make sure it is whole wheat only!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meats whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter, cheese dairy ok!. mostly everything you eat in the end should be natural, whole foods only!. the way Our Lord intended it to be eaten!. 3 months is plenty of time!. but not for miracles!. i suggest training 5-7 days a week but not for very long to help you get into a routine!. try doing some medium intensity cardio most of the time and once or twice a week max, hit the weights!. you need to burn fat and in 3 months, the weights wont help you do that but you should keep it in the routine just to help you look muscular to some degree if you lose enough fat!.

as for diet, try cutting bread completely to start, drink only water and cut simple sugars like candy and coke and sweets!. heres a great website to help!.

Ha! once you lose all that weight here, you'll gain it back in the Philippines if you try everything!. So try everything, but in TINY portions!. Lay off the Jollibee, maybe just once or twice, but it's just as fattening as Mcdon's!. Trust me!.

Anyway, just eat smaller portions!. Go swimming for 1hr every other day!. On the days you don't go swimming, do 1hr cardio + sit-ups!. It works great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
