Question: Want to lose weight!.!. what's the best thing to take to lose appetite!?
I already work out and swim I just eat like a high horse! I weigh 270pnds and am 6'1 but at 21 years old and after a car accident I want to curb my eating!.!.!.I am not looking to starve just looking for either a pill,suppliment,drink,etc!. that works THE BEST for putting hunger at bay!.!.!.!.!.must be safe! thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com
