Question: Fruit Veggies and water: Do they really help you stay young looking!?
I need help from girls!. I look young for my age!. I'm 23, but I look like I'm 18-20 for my age!. When I shave, even 16-18!. Now I'm kind of scared!. I don't want to get wrinkles and stuff!. So I was wondering!. Does eating more fruit, veggies and drinking a lot of water, help you look young and keep your skin tight!? I'm vain I know!. But please give me some advice on this!. its true but occasinaly do eat meat!. try to cook ur food without oil!. i mean steamed ot bolied and never forget to drink water!. drink atleast 3 to 4 ltr a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
