How much weight can I lose a week?!


Question: How much weight can I lose a week!?
I know everyone says that between 2-3 pounds is the most you should lose!. But I have also seen people saying that if you weigh more its okay to lose more!. So right now I am 15(almost 16) ,weigh 190 and I'm 5' 9"!. Also, I am a guy if that matters!.I am wondering is it okay to lose about 3!.5-4 pounds a week!? I have been "the fat kid" since like 3rd grade and I am sick of it!. I want to be able to go to the beach this summer without being self-conscious about my manboobs and rolls!.I think losing 30 pounds by July is an achievable goal!. I already know I can burn 4 pounds a week but I want to make sure my body isn't going to go into "starvation mode" and I will put weight back on as a result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose about 5-6 pounds because you are a boy, you will burn more calories an can lose more weight!. At your weight that is a healthy weight loss per week!. What you need to do is drink lots of water before you eat and eat slow that way you can know when you are full so you can STOP eating!. Get healthy snacks in your house fruits and vegetables and get any 90-125 calorie snacks!.!.if it does not say 90 calories snack just read the back and see how much you can eat!. Go play basketball and football with some friends!.!.!.while watching TV do jumping jacks!. Power walk on your way home!.!.or jog!. Do sit-ups,lunges,jumping jacks, stairs, and push ups!.!.!.do 25 then stop for 10 breaths then 25 more until you reach 100 or 200!.

Notes:
3500=1 pound!.
5 minutes of jumping jacks=50 calories gone
300 crunches/sit-ups=100 calories gone
Chew gum when your not eating that way it limits the distractions!.
****If you subtract 500 calories from your diet that you normal eat you will automatically lose 1 pound a week!.

It doesn't really matter since the initial amount of weight lost will be water weight!. After a week or two, though, you should minimize the amount you lose to be on the same side!. Also, try weight training because that burns calories really fast!. Worked for me and I lost 20 pounds over the course of the last summer! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you are still eating and health stuff too!. just try upping you excercise routine by gaining muscle and losing some fat!. you really probablly only need to lose about 20-25lbs!. you will look and feel better!. than just try to build muscles and stay fit and live a healthy active life style!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lose a few pounds, no matter how long it takes!. Just exercise more, eat less fats, keep away from breads and sweets!.

i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad

the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

i think this sounds reasonable!. eat healthy!. exercise a LOT - especially fat-burning exercises and you will probably be ok!. i just got this thing from TV (ok, it's probably a scam, but whatever) and it's called "slim in 6" and you can lose 10lbs the first week and up to 30-40 lbs!. in 6 weeks, but it's a LOT of hard, fat-burning exercises!. no dieting, tho, just healthy eating!. i don't really need to lose more than 10 lbs, cuz i only weigh 115, but i need to tone up for summer!. i haven't tried it yet tho, cuz i just had emergency surgery and i can't do the exercises for at least a month!. dang! good luck and check into the slim-in-6 thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your goal is very admirable!. Guys are likely to lose weight pretty fast 3-4 lbs!. a week is the norm!. Anything beyond that could be considered as unhealthy!. You will start getting nutritional malabsorbtion which means you are starving your body of needed nutrients!. I used to be in the military and I put some of my troops in a grueling run wearing trash can liners as vests!. They seem to make you sweat a lot losing a lot of the water weight!. We have high standards to make weight, but I tell them to do this onece a week for fear of dehydration!. Make sure you are well hydrated so you don't starve your body and take a multivitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just use a healthy approach to weight loss, and if at first you lose more than 2-3 pounds a week, don't worry about it!.

Healthy approach = 1200-1500 calories, lean meats, whole grains, lots of veggies (except potatoes and corn), fruit, fat free yogurt, nuts, etc + around 1 hour cardio a day + strength training

Honestly, if you stick to only lean, healthy foods (but don't let yourself feel hungry) and exercise every day, you will lose plenty of weight by July!. Consistency is key!.

If you watch videos from MSN about health, I watched one recently that discussed how to rev up metabolism!. Also, Fitness Magazine has lots of workout videos online that are free!.
