Question: How much weight do I need to lose!? Pics!!?
Ok, this is super embarrassing, but starting Monday I have 5 weeks to lose some weight so I can be comfortable in shorts and a tank this summer! So how much should I lose!? JUST GIVE A NUMBER! Any tips!? THanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont have a bad body i think you know that though id say just tone your lower abs and do some inner thigh workouts you have a good shape actully and are lucky you have a small waist which will make losing weight easy because you dont have alot to lose gain mussle dont worry about the scale but if you really must 10 lbs max but your fine the way you areWww@Answer-Health@Com

2) you need to get healthy( use the food guide pyramid for guidance)
3)get plenty of rest, believe it or not you actually loose weight by sleeping!.
4) excerise!. you can't loose weight and muscle too!.

i don't think you really need to loose any, if i were you i would start doing pilates just to tone up!.
i suggest winsor pilates!

remember at your size most of what you do might gain muscle weight cause it doesnt look like you have much to lose
so dont focus too much on the number
