Healthy meal that contains all food groups?
I'm looking for a good meal that is healthy and will give me all of the benficial things I need in my body. Also, things that can be packed away and don't have to be prepared too much are good.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

grains -- whole wheat bread
fruit -- berries (especially blueberries)
veggies -- carrots
meat -- lox
sugars -- in berries
fats -- butter on bread
