Does this sound like a decent excercise plan?!


Question: Does this sound like a decent excercise plan!?
First of all, i'm 16, 5'2, and around 55kg!. I do not particularly want to lose too much weight, because i like my size, being average than incredibly skinny!. My problem - i have fat arms and legs!. My stomach is fine!.

I've started to - Walk my sister to school!. Approx 20-30 minute walk up one steep hill that's around 2/3 or the walk and the other 1/3 of the walk is lower hills!. Also started doing 10 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 legs lifts per leg and 10 lifts of 2kg weights, per day!. Also been slowly doing things like handstands, as i used to be a gymnast and still have the flexibility to do those things!.

As for eating, i eat in moderation!. I do not eat after i'm full!. I also mostly try to stay away from heavily processed foods, Msg, food additives, preservatives, etc!. Usually eat organically, and not too many carbs!.

Is this a decent plan to lose weight!? And does anyone know anything more i can do for my arms and legs in particular!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds great! i think if you do that you will look like you want in notime!. also thats great how you loe your body!. i also noted that you said you ty to eat in moderation!. you are a role model to all teenagers who instead of not eating or trying not to you are really trying to be sensible!. good work! lol
