How to gain weight without eating junk food?!


Question: How to gain weight without eating junk food!?
I'm 5''7 and 115 pounds!.(i know i'm scary skinny) but i would like to gain weight!.I eat a lot of fruts and vegetables!.Drinks tones of water!.I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks ( i eat a granola bar or a fruit !.!.!.I feel unattractive!.I feel that men don't like girls like me with no curves!.I'm flat!.What are your suggestions!? Thanx for the help ( i hate hamburgers,fries,chocolate bars !.!.don't like it)Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
eat 6 meals a day
8:30 am Breakfast- 1 egg, 2 toast, 1 cup of milk and 1 fruit (banana/apple/orange)

10:30am Snack- 1 whole wheat bagel with a pack of cream cheese and a energy/protein bar


12:15pm Lunch- 1 cup of milk, 1 fruit, a turkey/egg/tuna sandwich and a couple of carrot/ broccoli sticks


2:30pm Snack- Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich with 1 cup of chocolate milk


5:30pm Dinner- 1 cup of milk, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 2 starches (1 cup of rice, 1 cup of pasta ect!.) a protein (fish fillet or chicken breast)


8:30pm Snack- A high energy shake (could be ensure or boost) and another energy barWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well I don't know if you are a vegetarian, but if you are not you can gain healthy weight like muscle mass with lean proteins, like chicken, turkey, fish, tofu and soy beans!. Carbohydrates like rice and whole grains are great too!. Loaded with natural complex sugars, which your body needs!. I don't recommend beef because its high in saturate fat and you would end up increasing the fat instead of lean muscle, that way your curvy and toned!.!. which is even better and to increase muscle mass, you could lift weights!. Avoid whey protein shakes and protein bars!.!. they are loaded with preservatives and chemicals!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of carbohydrates and protein!. So think bread and chicken!. Even a protein shake would help!. Eating fruits and vegetables is also good, so keep doing that!. Basically, just keep eating healthy snacks throughout the day!. If you also want to gain muscle definition along with your figure, accompany a protein rich diet with weight lifting!. High reps of low weights will add tone, as opposed to low reps of heavy weights which will add bulk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have an answer to your problem, but please please please don't suddenly start intaking a load of protein! It can lead to liver damage and from what I've heard it can cause insanity!. Especially don't intake it from meats!. Meat has a lot of fat, which causes choloesterol, which can lead to heart disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat monounsaturated fats and high proteins, and work out!.!.!. you'll gain healthier weight if you do!.!.!. continue to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and 3 meals a day (at least)Www@Answer-Health@Com

they have these bars that you can buy at the store they make you gain weight like crazy but don't change who you are just because guys want curves!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
