Trying really hard to be healthy?!

Question:

Trying really hard to be healthy?

I am trying really hard to stay healthy and keep my brain working over summer break. I run cross-country and practice starts on the sixteenth. I have conditioned and ran since school let out. I am on a healthly diet. I am slightly lactose-intolerant. I am trying to eat right, but I can't get over 1,500 calories a day, and I really need more if I am going to run. How can I continue to loose weight and get more iron in my diet and get my calorie amount in, AND stay healthy?

Answers:

I'm an athletic guy who ran a marathon 18 months ago. You need to do the little things that people often neglect such as taking a good multi-vitamin EVERYDAYand drink alot of water. Through pure luck, I have been introduced to a product that is having profound health effects on people. I have a person I work with that has diabetes and he was able to go off of his prescriptions just by using it. Check it out sometime if you'd like at www.2livesavvy.com and do some research.
