How can I do more push-ups?!


Question: How can I do more push-ups!?
What are some ways I can train myself to have more upper-body strength and be able to do more push-ups!? Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you first start it is easier to do them on your knees, so if you can do ten on your toes but can do thirty on your knees then do the higher reps but do them slowly, I found it was easier to build up this way!. Keep in mind that more reps less weight (on knees) will build more strength and endurance!.!. (which you need to do more pushups) but less reps with more weight (on toes) will build explosive power but you won't be able to do as many!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you progress with your training regimen, your upper body can do more push-ups than you ever did when you first started!.
Because your cardiovascular endurance will improve and your muscles and the arteries that supplies it will drastically change physiologically thereby improving your muscle strength & endurance!. One month tops, I bet you can do 100 push-ups given that you continuously train 5 days a week!. The two day break is also needed to ensure proper muscle recuperation and adaptation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I used to do push-ups, doing some bench presses with heavier weight made my body feel lighter during push ups!. During my first few push ups, I would almost feel weightless!. I would be very explosive!. I also would try to do some weight lifting to strengthen my triceps (bench pressing does work your triceps a bit, but I would do more specific exercises for the triceps)!. start with doing like 10 a day, or whatever you can manage!. once you begin to feel like its easier, start doing 15-20 a day!. challenge yourself every time, and you'll get stronger!. it takes patience and committment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start out lifting light weights like 10 pounds/ 30 reps each arm!. As you get stronger start liting more weight!. you will be able to do more pushupsWww@Answer-Health@Com

doing 10 then 15 the next week and soo on and keep ur head up,, then its less weight to push up!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
