I am trying really hard to stay healthy and keep my brain working over summer break. I run cross-country and practice starts on the sixteenth. I have conditioned and ran since school let out. I am on a healthly diet. I am slightly lactose-intolerant. I am trying to eat right, but I can't get over 1,500 calories a day, and I really need more if I am going to run. How can I continue to loose weight and get more iron in my diet and get my calorie amount in, AND stay healthy?
I am iron and calcium defiecient. I am trying to go to 95 pounds. I am 5' 3'' and weigh 105 poumds. I am also 13. I need some diet tips.
