Question: How to stop myself from eating!?!?!?
anyone how to stop eating please give some tips im just talking about like i am going to eat but most of the time i just eat alot please help me and im trying to be myself and doing a good thing remeber i will still eat but not to muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more frequently and small portions!. Keep in mind, protein will be more filling and satisfying than carbohydrates!. Keep active, if you are active, you will be less likely to eat out of boredom!. Also try drinking juice when you think you are hungry, many times this will be filling enough to satisfy you!. -eat foods that are more filling!. grains and fruits mostly!. and for snacks eat those fibers chips it makes you go unhungry for like ever and makes you always have to go to the bathroom

Be busy!. Go outside for the whole day or read a book or something!. Do something that you enjoy and that can consume a lot of time!. Watching TV isn't really good because you'll get bored, and when your bored, you'll want to eat!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should chew alot of gum, and get out of the house, to prevent you from going to the fridge and eating!. try to drink a tall glass of water, see if your still hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
