Easy to stick to diet?!


Question: Easy to stick to diet!?
My mom thinks I'm fat!. I'm 166cm and weigh 121 lbs!. Personally I dont think I'm fat!. I was never the type of person that cared about being fat or not!. To make her happy, I've decided to drop some pounds!. Now here's the thing, I don't want to change my diet!. I eat healthy (fruits and vegetables), no pop, and sometime i would treat myself to some sweets!. I am very active in PE class, but that's about the only exercise!. Also I walk to and from school, but it's a very short distance!. I tried eating a bit less and doing crunches everyday before sleep!. I did lose about 6 lbs doing that, but after 2 weeks I gave up on this and gained back my weight!. I really need a way to lose pounds without me giving up after 2 weeks and without really chaning my diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. A few things wrong here!.

First, If YOU feel that YOU need to lose weight then adjust your diet and exercise for YOU!. Do not worry about what others think of you (even your Mom)!. Parents can be the worst sometimes!. Telling a child that they are fat does not help self esteem or build character!. From my experience!.!.!.people that belittle others because of their weight (appearance, etc!.) are unhappy with themselves, but are unable or unwilling to do a self evaluation!.!.!.they instead forward this negativity towards others!. IGNORE THEM!.

It sounds like you are on the right track!. Any greasy foods in there!? Burgers!.!.!.Fries!? I would try to reduce your intake of them to at least 1 'cheat' day per week!.

Fruits!.!.!.Veggies!.!.!.Good, but you can still overeat!. Watch your portions!. Ever considered Soy products!? I recommend Soy Milk (SILK brand) for overall health!. Soy Burgers and Dogs are not bad!.!.!.

I, personally, eat 5 times a day (BREAKFAST- SNACK- LUNCH- SNACK- DINNER)!.

Remember!.!.!.!.Don't Diet!.!.!.!.ADJUST your lifestyle!. Good Eating Habits mean NO FAT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why dont you try to do what i do everyday to keep myself as fit as possible
1!.)never eat any greasy and fatty foods (greasy and fatty foods makes fat in your body
2!.)excercise daily(while excercising you will sweat and sweat may also release some fat in you)
3!.)eat a healthy diet(eating a healthy diet makes you stonger and have the energy to do work)

keep this diet up and you will be as fit as a stickWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say you're right weight for your height!. Don't worry about what your mom has to say!. If you feel healthy, and are comfortable in your own skin, that's all that matters!

Exercise is good, even if you do not need to lose weight!. Why don't you try going for walks around your neighbourhood!? Maybe just seeing you active will help ease her mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do so many of us fail or give up our efforts to lose weight!? The reason is that we pay too little attention to our emotions and what drive us to eat unnecessarily!. If you are able to get a grip on these emotions, you have a better chance of success and losing weight and keeping it off!.
