Question: How can i get better at dragging for a test!?!? Im 8st and female!? I need to drag a TYRE on a rope!?!?
Part of a fitness test i need to past involves dragging a heavey weight for a timed distance (simulates a dead body i have to drag apparantley!)

My question is - HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY SKILL AT THIS!?!?

Im 8st, 5ft 6 and female!. Altho i am physically fit in a cardio sense, i struggle with strength and dont have much body
weight to lean back on to get the weight across the ground!.

I have to drag a weighted tyre with a rope!.

Any tips please!?!?!? I dont have much time to prepare either, two weeks!?!?!? I know i can pass the cardio phase of the physical test, but am worried about the strength dragging test!.

2 weeks isn't much time to build much muscle, but I would say to lift weights!.!.!.!.45 minutes a day!. Add some good quality protein to your diet (egg whites, fish, and chicken breasts) as well as good carbs (oatmeal, brown rice)!.

When done lifting weights!.!. practice your dragging everyday with something resembling the TYRE and rope and as heavy!. This will utilize the muscles you will be using in the contest, and condition them for in 2 weeks!.
