I hate water is that bad?!


Question: I hate water is that bad!?
i usally never drink water the last time i had water was like 2months ago but i feel fine and i don't feel dizzy help me!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't stand water!. The only time I can drink it is if it's really, really cold and I've just been exercising!.

As long as you're finding other ways to get water--fruit juice, milk, etc--you're fine!. Water is even in some foods you eat!. However, make sure that these alternates are healthy; don't drink 8 cups of "fruit cocktail" every day, for example!. Sports drinks can be a good alternative to water during or after exercises!. Make SURE you're not substituting caffeinated drinks for water! If you must have them, drink an extra cup of juice/milk/whatever!.

And no, not only obese people don't like water!. I'm tiny and I hate water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you don't have a healthy amount of water per day then your kidneys aren't getting flushed and that could lead to death!. But if you really don't like it then it might just be tap water that you don't like you should buy a bottle of bottled water and see if you like that more!. Or you could try the crystal light stuff that you put into a pitcher and add water it tastes really good and by drinking that you are getting your daily amount of water!. But whatever you do don't think that soda and juice can keep you hydrated, especially if your an active person because this actually happend to someone in my area they were just like you and they hated water!. So they ran a local marathon and fell flat they ended up dying a day later the doctors said that it was because she hadn't drank enough water and her kidneys weren't flushed so she was unstable and dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well soon you could get very dehydrated it's very possible and if you drink 3 to 4 water bottles a day it'd healthy cause water helps you lose weight!! that's why i try to drink lot even though i don't like drinking water that much either! ands maybe you could;d ask a doctor for help!

water is just a source of liquid and as long as you do drink liquid the you wont get dizzy, although water is better for you, you could always try "volvic with a touch of fruit" it is really nice and you can get it in different flavours! like strawberry and lemon!. hope that helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to be exactly the same as you, i couldn't drink it al all but then i just had like a tiny glass at some point in the day and without even meaning to, now all i drink is water even though i used to hate it! Also a britta filter makes a lot of difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason why you havent died of dehydration is because there is still water in the food you eat and in other drinks!. But that doesnt mean your body isnt suffering!. You should really try and have it more!. Even if its just a glass a day!. Its really important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont hate water!. Try adding some other items to it to make it taste different!. BUt water is the most essential nutrient there!. You can go without food, but water, u wont even survive!. Or try adding thigns that have water in them like juiceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Water is the beginning of life my friend, you must drink at least 8 glasses a day to maintain health!. You need to keep a certain amount of water balance in your body!!!! And you need to flush out your kidneys!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

VERY BAD!. water makes up 2/3 of your body!. You MUST start drinking water!. No offense, but people people who doesn't like water are usually obese or overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water is VERY important it flushes out your body to stay clean ( on the inside ) You can try adding some flavor to it but you really need to drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
