CLA!!!!! Its not actually a diet pill, its a protein that eats up bad fat!. Its great!! I started out taking 2 with meals 3 times a day!. After about 9 mos!. I shed 28 lbs!., without dieting or exercise!. That was about 4 or 5 yrs!. ago!. Now I take 2 every night before bed with a bottle of water and haven't had a problem keeping the weight off, and believe me I have a sweet tooth!. I had gotten up to about a size 12, which I know is not too big, but for my frame, it was!. Now I'm in a 2 or 4 in jeans and a M/L top!. Just the way I like it!!! I stopped taking it once and I did start to put a little weight back on, so I just keep it up!. You can get them at GNC, or the ones made by Nature Made are available at the grocery store!. stop being so damn lazy!. youre NOT going to find an easy way out!.!.!.!.!.you have to exercize and diet, forget a pill!. Besides, dont you know that diet pills **** up your metabolsim and your heart!? So when your older (if you even make it that far) your metabolism will be so slow that you gain as soon as you eat anything!. Plus, once you go off the pills, you gain your weight back duuh!!
