Will eggs do me good?!


Question: Will eggs do me good!?
~I do not want to gain weight, i just want to gain more muscle!.~
-I am a bit skinny-
Every morning i drink a protien shake called "Mass XXX," run for thirty minutes, and eat a normally cooked egg with the yolk!.

If i do this for about a month, will i get more muscle!?

P!.S: I am 14, 5'2, and weigh 94 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but if your trying to get muscle, I would cut the running a bit, and start lifting weights, If you want bulk do about 7 sets of 3(85% of your max), or if you want to get tone do many sets of about 65% of your max (not exactly sure about the amt of sets of what to get tone, but you can easily find that online)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to gain mussle mass slow down on the running that will just burn all of the calories you take in, and lift some weights, find out what weight is right for you if you can do between 10 and 15 reps with it its a good weight to build mussle, also eat lots and lots of protine meat or beans and such if your a vegan!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kid, your very young, the whole egg a day thing wont really do much, but stop taking those protein shakes, they are goign to ruin your body!. YOu can start takign them when your about 17-18 and even then they still arent healthy!. Stay natural and do pushups and pullups as much as you can!. eat healthy breakfasts!. not only eggs, try oatmeal, yogurt (fat free) stuff like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes eggs are good sources of protein but eat alot of fish and drink alot of milk they have good source of protein too and make sure u work outWww@Answer-Health@Com
