Will eating fiber give me more muscle?!


Question: Will eating fiber give me more muscle!?
What is fiber!?(don't make fun of me, lol)
And will it give me muscle fat because i want muscle fat!.
I am a bit skinny for my age((14))

Fiber is indigestible!. That is, you eat it and it undergoes all the mechanical digestive processing all eaten food goes through but is not absorbed into the bloodstream and therefore will never become anabolized (built up) into any bodily tissues!.

I know, that blurb above made it sound useless, didn't it!? BUT IT'S NOT! All the talk urging you to eat it is because it is VERY VERY HEALTHY! It'll keep your bowel movements regular (not exactly dinner table topic, I know! LOL!) and prevent colon cancer, is supergood for your digestive tract, and lots lots lots more!

If you want muscle, you need protein, which holds the constituents of muscle --- but you need EVERYTHING for your body to do what it does so give it everything! Carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals!. Treat your body well because above how it looks, you want it to work well and feel good!.

You're still growing and I wouldn't worry about being a little too skinny if you're eating right :)

it can but in a very round a bout way!. fiber helps to control insulin levels!. the higher the fiber intake the lower resting serum insulin levels are which helps to keep insulin sensitivity (IS) in the muscle cell high!. when IS is the the body is lean, as IS decreases the body fat % gets higher and higher!.

fiber also slows the release of nutrients from the small intestine into the portal bloodstream after feeding!. so in a sense it acts as a natural time release for nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fiber helps you lose weight, not put muscle on you!. And will also give you the diarrhea if you eat to much of it!. Go to a vitamin world and get "whey" its a protein drink mix, and also eat right!. The four food groups and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack!. Exercise and lift weights, put yourself on a schedule, and live it every day!. This should help you gain!. But, remember to exercise so you don't gain in all the wrong spots OK, I hope i was some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fiber isn't going to help you lose weight or gain weight, its just going to push stuff through your digestive tract!.!. (make you crap) Peanut butter is really good for gaining weight, power bars are good, protein shakes!. Write out everything you eat atleast for a few days and use a calorie counting calculator online to try to get your daily diet up to 2500!. no, fiber usually makes you feel fuller for longer!. so it would actually be good of you were trying to lose weight!. but since you are trying to gain muscle you need to work out more than anything and eat a lot of protein!. concentrate on weight lifting that is high intensity but low reps!. cardio is good but since you are already skinny you just need minimal just to get the heart going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
