Answers:

You know what? This is very normal if you eat something that is so high in carbohydrates. You have created an urge that is almost impossible to feed. When you eat something that is high in carbohydrates, like a biscuit, your body processes this as glucose. Now your body really doesn't need that much glucose to function properly so what happens? Glucose is supposed to be absorbed by all of the body's cells when there is an excee of sugar, insulin has to come to the rescue. The pancreas shoots extra insulin to "shove" the excess glucose into the cells. This process somehow manages to over-inject glucose into cells and it forces glucose into unusually low levels. This tells your digestive processes that you need more glucose to raise your glucose levels. This signals your system to eat. Since your glucose is low, you will crave something carby such as biscuits. You eat something that is carby and it sets the cycle into action again. You probably crave other things such as doughnuts or candy etc. If you eat rice, this will cause the cycle as well. You have to improve your diet and become in charge of your gut. Believe it or not, it is healthier to eat meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Your insatiable cravings will subside once you change your diet.

Before I began my low carb lifestyle, I had an insatiable appetite. My biggest cravings for food was in the form of doughnuts and breads. Once I just HAD to have a doughnut and I drove to a Mr. Donut at midnight. It was closed ( Hey it used to be open 24/7 ). So I went to an all night grocery store and I got my doughnut. I wasn't going home without it!
