Atkins Induction?!


Question: Atkins Induction!?
I am in the induction phase of Atkins and Im having problems finding things to eat!. I am very busy and have no time to cook!. What can I eat on the go to complete my induction phase!? Please do not answer this if you arent going to be positive about Atkins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People who tell you Atkins is dangerous are ignorant!. Way to go on the Atkins diet! I'm staying on induction and I've lost 26 lb!.s so far!

Here are things that I eat!.!.!.

String cheese
Bacon
Eggs any way
Buffalo wings with blue cheese
Any steak, hamburger, chicken
Pork rinds
Red bell pepper and ranch dip
Cobb salad
Low carb Breyer's ice cream (in moderation, of course!)
Atkins chocolate shakes (Find them in your grocery store in the diet aid/vitamin section)
Caff-free diet soda

Eating sensibly (ie - eating more healthily, eat the right amounts) is usually good for you!. Dieting - any diet - is not!.

Atkins is particularly dangerous!. But you don't want to hear that!.

i know someone who almost died from it!.!.!.!. too much protein and i know someone that lost 70 lbs on it and soon as they got off of it gained it all back!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
