Did I eat healthy yesterday?!


Question: Did I eat healthy yesterday!?
I started eating healthier!.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, and whole orange, 2 slices of peppers

Snack: Boiled egg without yolk

Lunch: Sandwich consisting of 2 slices of whole grain bread, little bit of mayo, lettuce, slice of cheese and non-fat turkey breast!. I had some cucumbers and peppers with this to!.

Snack: Grapefruit

Dinner: Chicken with rice!. Small portion and some veggies!.

Also what exerices should i do!? im 14 and don't have any gym memberships or machines at home!. I have little wieghts tho and exerise ball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeh this sounds really healthy to me! good to see your not cutting out any foods, because you have a good healthy balance of all the food groups you need!. simple things like doing 50 sit ups a day or every 2 days rreally has an effect, and similar for weights!. i started doing 50 weights, and 50 sit ups a month back and seriously you notice a difference really quickly!.

keep it up though, and ensure you are always eating enough, and a little extra if you take up more exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're 14!. I don't know any 14 year olds that have a boiled egg with no yolk as a snack!.
Props for eating healthy, but you're also still a kid, so you shouldn't have to worry about this to this extent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
