Question: How can i loose body fat fast!.!?
i am 5'3 i weight 150!. my IMB is 26!.6!. im not really worried about weight so much as fat!. im almost 30 percetn body fat!. i want to get down to 20 percent!. i want to loose 10 percent of body fat in 12 weeks!. how much weight would i have to loose to do that!? all my fat store in my waist area!. my goal weight is 115 to 120!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Fat can usually not be lost "easily" or "fast"!. That is because it takes more energy to burn fat than protein (muscles)!. That means, if you reduce your caloric intake and say don't increase your physical activity, your body starts using your glucose levels (in the blood) and then moves over to muscle tissues first (= bad!), before it even considers using the excessive fat in your body!.
If you exercise according to your age and fitness (don't exceed the cardio-fitness heart-rates for your group - research that or google it), you should be slowly, but steadily working on the adipose tissue (fat), 2-5lbs a week is a good "rule of thumb), again it depends on your gender/age/prior fitness etc!.
