Help please?!? i cant stop...?!


Question: Help please!?!!? i cant stop!.!.!.!?
eating!
:[ i eat lunch or something then an hour later i start eating junk food like ive never seen food before!
i have to fit into a size small dress in 2 weeks
i weigh 149 lbs and im 5"3

what can i do!?
does anyone else experience this!?

Ask yourself if you really want to fit into this dress!?
If the answer is yes then you will be more motivated to stop eating!. Next time before you down a bag of chips ask yourself if you are really hungry!. Sometimes when your body is lacking water you can think you are hungry!. So grab a glass of water!. Also, if you are a little hungry but not in need of food chew a piece of sugar-free gum!. If follow what i just said and you stay away from potato chips, pop, fried food, and sweets i think you will be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't mean to sound rude, but to fit into a size small dress within two weeks, based on your current weight, is completely unrealistic!. Even if you ate nothing for the next two weeks, you still wouldn't lose that much weight!. The best you can hope for is to lose about 5-6 lbs, and that's only if you stick to a low-calorie diet with plenty of exercise everyday!.

well!.!. first of all make sure do eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner, so that your not very hungry imbetween!. When you wnat to have an unhealthy snack think to yourself am i really hungry or does it just sound good!? and if you feel like you need to eat something!.!. atleast go for something healthy that tastes really good!. like a smoothie or fruit, or a salad or something!. You could also try getting some excersise so you dont become a bored eater!. (where you eat only because you have nothing better to do!.) Your weight and diet is all up to you and the decisions you make!.

Eat breakfast - Try a low calorie protein shake when you get up - Harvard studies correlate not eating breakfast to a much higher obesity rate and increased late day hunger!.

Aside from that get on a sensible diet!. won't do much in 2 weeks but that is the real solution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
