Question: Will going to the gym more frequently help me loose my last 10lbs!?
I currently go to the gym 3 days a week and have lost over 30lbs but I cannot loose my last 10lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to change up your diet to lose the last ten pounds!. Sometimes you body gets used to a certain way of losing and then it just platoes!. Start eating less fats and more healthy foods, you have to lesson you calorie intake as you get smaller, it just makes sense that you body can't handle the same calorie intake that it did 10, 20 or 30 pounds ago!. As for the gym, try and make it at least 5 days a week!. Make sure you are alternating cardio and weights and remember if you are not sweating massively and feeling like you are out of breath by the time you are finished working out, then you are not pushing your self hard enough!. well maybe it is because you are gaining muscle, dont pay so much attention to the scale, pay more attention to how much body fat you have and try to work on that instead, remember your wieght is just a number it doesn't know how much muscle or fat you haveWww@Answer-Health@Com
