How to gain fat on rib,waist area(serious answer plz)?!


Question: How to gain fat on rib,waist area(serious answer plz)!?
im genetically/naturally very very skinny
im thin boned so it makes me look super skinny
im 15 yr old in 8yr olds body!
i've already had gotten my period 2 yrs ago but i have no breast!
im 5 ft 4 89 lbs!.
but my rib and waist area is extremely thin!.

There is no way to gain or lose fat from a specific area!. It is spread evenly throughout your body!. Genetics can has some influence on which areas get more fat, but theres nothing you can do to gain it in only certain places!.

You sound very underweight to me, you might not be eating enough or you might even have a hyperactive thyroid!. You should get checked out by a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nuts, cheese,milk, bananas and avocados are all healthy ways to gain weight!. Nuts in particular are great cos they're VERY calorific and you don't feel like you're eating too much!. Adding cheese to your meals is also great way to gain and there are very few meals which don't go with cheese (none in my opinion!.)
Eating every 3 hours is very good for you!. If you can't manage big meals, try to eat something healthy with carbs, protein and fats at least every couple of hours!.

Your still very young and have time to grow so please don't be discouraged so soon with your growth pattern everyone is different and develops at their own rate!. As you probably know genetics have a lot to say about our make up as well as our eating habits and diet!. I also had the same concerns early in life it seem like all of my friend were filling out but me; however, I had my period at eight years of age when I was still into dolls, so as you can see I developed in an area which they; as big as they were ,had not yet encountered!. I'm not sure if this would help you like it helped me but it probably wouldn't hurt either!. I started mixing and eating a cup of baby cereal with infant formula ever day with my regular high protein and starch (regular) diet and I saw great results in one month!. I noticed in two week I had gained a few pounds!. The trick is to consume enough food at each meal three times a day until you feel the stretching of your tummy, not until you feel sick just full!. This trick helped me to gain weight in my torso first and then my hips by then my upper areas begin to kick in!. I hope this helps you!. Keep your chin up and consult you guardian as well!.
