The best way to get a flat stomach is to get a colonic irregation because it's amazing how much waste people have inside their colon just sitting there!. Especially meat eaters!. That 's a very common cause for bloated stomachs!. Also cut out fatty foods, sugar, starchy foods - eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and do daily stomach exercises like sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to getting a flat stomach is diet!. By having an appropriate diet and doing proper cardiovascular exercise like running, biking etc!. You will decrease your body fat and look leaner!.
Eat plenty of lean protein, grilled chicken breasts, turkey breasts, fish!.
Eat Plenty of veggies!.
Avoid candy, soda or anything containing sugar!.
