Question: I have one month to lose 25lbs!. BUT HOW!?
Ok ok i know its not healthy!. But i have to lose this weight!. Its a much longer story to tell but long story short, I have this thing with my cousin and im going to her graduation in June!.

So i really really need this!. please tell me exactly what i can do!. How many calories, how much cardio!.

Im 15 (16 in a month)
150lbs

Please help me!. My plan so far is to do 1 hour of cardio and eat mainly veggies!. Ill take a multi-vitamin!. And eat oatmeal for breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have amazingly strong will power, try a water fast for a week (where you consume nothing but water), then eat only fruits and veggies and exercise!. or you could try a juice fast (same thing as water fast only you're allowed to drink juice)!. you drop weight pretty quickly on fasts, but if you aren't careful, you can end up bingeing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to burn 3500 calories per pound you want to lose!. you can do this through exercise or cutting calories, or a mixture!. If you want to do it in a month I would cut calories and do at least 2 hours of exercise a day!. You should look up what exercises burn what amount of calories and go from there!. Also you could lose water weight, Doing it like this though means you will gain it back once you retain normal activities but it is a quick fixWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. Do it safely but to about 2200 calories!. Put in cardio time and weight training!.!.!.DON"T STRESS ON THE SCALE!.!.look into how you look in a certain pair of jeans as oppose to hitting a scale number!.!.TOO many girls try to fit into a number rather than their jeans and that is where they get into trouble with eating disorders and body image issues!.
