I hate to ask another cellulite question...?!

Question:

I hate to ask another cellulite question...?

but I'm going to. I know yahoo answers is flooded with people wanting a fix quick to their celluite problem (and I know there isnt one) but I haven't seen one that addresses my question so here I go.

I gained my freshman 15 (more like 20 tho) and gained in a short period of time and got horrible streach marks. I lost the weight pretty quickly too, but in doing so didn't build muscle, so know I have flabbly thighs..*ew*. Nobody would ever guess that I have this problem because I'm petite (I'm 5'1" and weigh 113) and I don't wear anything that would show my theighs, but it's definetly a problem. The strech marks have gone away, but there's still ripling in the skin from where they used to be. I have some celluite but I think it's mostly from the flab and lack of muscle. So, here my question-Has anyone every had this problem and fixed it and does anyone know what/how much exercising I should do to see results? I eat healthy and have no problem working hard, I just want to effective

Yay! someone answerd my question. Thanks susana! About the streach marks....when I gained the wight I got them on the outside of my upper thighs. They were darker and very noticeable. Now, you can't see them when I'm standing, but if I were to sit down and cross my legs, you could see it on the leg that is crossed. I guess it's noticable when my theighs are relaxed and the muscles aren't tensed. You can just see riples from where they used to be. They aren't really a color though, more a tecture (gross! lol).

Again, I think that it would go away if my thighs were toned and not flabby. Ugh!

hello sweeta...
what do u mean with "The strech marks have gone away, but there's still ripling in the skin from where they used to be"?? are the stretch marks, white now??or they were red-purple and u treated them before they turn white...and are they completely gone??what did u do to get rid of them??

well about the cellulite...rope jumping is the best way to get rid of it...try jumpig 4-5 days a week for 20-30 mins..and in a few weeks u'll notice the difference, ur upper and lower limbs will be toned up and cellulite will barely be noticeable..
I also recommend using loreal anticellulite lotion..it's very effective and it actually gets rid of cellulite within a month...
good luck!!!

p.s: plz answer my questions about the stretch marks...;)

oh i see..too bad that means that those stretch marks are permanent..but u can improve them by exfoliating the affected area once a week and apply daily vitamin E..there are many lotions that u can find in any supermarket that contain vitamin e...it wont get rid of them but it will definitely reduce them alot....

On the other hand, u should give that loreal anticellulite lotion a try..u can even use it without doing any exercise and u will still see very good results...

ye so good luck dear in ur battle against cellulite..ufff what women have to go through to look beautiful!!!
