Do the calories on back of boxes include calories in carbs/protein?!

Question:

Do the calories on back of boxes include calories in carbs/protein?

So I'm looking at a Boston Market frozen meal. It says:

Serving in Box: 1 meal
Calories per Serving: 430
Carbohydrates: 43 grams
Protein: 30 grams
Sugars: 10 grams

So confused! Does this meal still have 430 total calories? Or do I add 430 to the calories found in carbs and protein?

For instance, one gram of carbs has 4 calories. One gram of protein has 9 calories. Do I have to add these calories to the 430? Please help me! :(

Answers:

Protein only has 4 kcal per gram, not nine.
Yes, it's the total of all calories from protein, carbs and fat, although they don't seem to add up. 4 calories per gram of protein and carbs adds up to 292, then 9 calories per fat gram equals 90. so the total should be around 380. I don't know where the other 50 calories are coming from.
