You should try laying on the floor and lifitng your legs up!.!.!. It really strengths your lower ab muscles , but it is hard and more tiring than sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Lay belly up on the floor with a mat, or blanket!. Support you neck with your hands!.
2) Bend your leg and pull your right knee towards your forehead, while you bring your forehead to your knee!. Try to use only your stomach muscles!.
3) No put that knee down and do the same routine to the left knee!. Alternate several times!.

God thats a good question i want this too!. Im a personal trainer!. Recently ive been abit lazy!.!.!.I recemmend this to most my clients except for the ones that have bigger worries!.
Currently my program is sprints:
20 seconds rest/10 seconds hard!. for 10 minutes every day around the block!. To reduce overall body fat!.
20 crunches!. After doing 20, your muscles get tired and you dont get any other benefits from doing it!. Then trying working another group of stomch muscles like obliques!. The benefits of toning up are that after you lose all the fat around your waist, you muscl will be defined and show!.
Deadlifts at 60 kg!. 2 sets of 7!. Deadlifts tone everywhere!. THE BST EXERCISE EVER!.

Do the crunches before the sprints as studies show that spot reduction can ocur if you tone up before you run as it stimulates tthe fat to reduced in the area you just worked!.

Also stretch before hand!.

Eat a diet of healthy foods!. Such as no processed foods or soda!. fruit veg + meats!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

When I purchased this it actually got me off the couch and got me to work out, because I did NOT want my money going to waste!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!.
