Is this good or bad?

i want to loose a little bit of flab in my stomache and for my abs to show a bit, is this a good idea to do everyday or not ? and if i keep doing it and adding 5 to each exersice about how long until i will see results?

40 sit ups
35 crunches
40 reverse crunches
5 sets of 30 second planks

this is a decent routine, but doing it daily would not be smart. your abs are like any other muscle and need time to recover. otherwise they will just be damaged everyday, and you'll never see them. however, please bare in mind, that fat people have the best abs in the world most of the time. it's just covered with the fat... so crunches will firm the muscle, but if you want to see that muscle you are going to have to lose fat. this means one thing: eat less, move more! good luck!
