Question: Best way to lose 5-10 pounds in 5 weeks!?
i want to shed a few pounds before i take my senior pictures!. it's difficult for me to lose weight because i'm already pretty skinny (5'5", 110lb)!. and i'm not much of a crash dieter because i run cross country and i need to keep my metabolism up!.

5 weeks is reasonable so please don't post nonsense answers like "you don't need to lose weight!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your already pretty skinny, why are you trying to lose weight!? So are you trying to be super skinny, because if you want to look good in your senior picture you need to be healthy!. If your not healthy you won't look good- you'll look sick!. Just eat healthy, choose good for you foods with lots of fiber and make sure you look at serving sizes on food labels!. Eating the right portion is the key to losing or maintaining weight!. Drink your water too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

don't lose weight!. just eat lots of fruits and veggies whole grains lean proteins and no processed foods and watch your portion control!. that is the only way to be healthy!. if you run cross country you need lots of calories and nutrients to keep your body going!. if you starve yourself before your senior pictures your face will look yucky and sick and not healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

you're trying to lose about 2lbs a week!. That means you need to burn 7000 cals in 1 week!. It would be MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to to lose 1lb a week!. So just eat 1200-1400 calories daily!. Then do at least 45 minutes of cardio exercise 6 times a week!. On the day that you aren't working out, go on a 20-40 minute walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
