Question: Is dieting the onli way!?
i do lots of sports(netball, running, softball and hanging on bars) but i dont seem 2 lose weight!. is dieting the onli way!? if yes, wat should i eat!? and how can i tell the differences between loose skin and fats!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not just dieting or working out that does it!. Whats important for losing weight is that you're burning more calories than youre taking in!. It's all about math, plain and simple!.

Try keeping track of everything you eat and enter it into a tracking program like sparkpeople!.com or fitday!.com and see how many calories you're actually taking in!.

Everyone burns calories just by living, it's called your Basal Metabolic Rate!. Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) plus the amount of calories burned by your activity needs to be greater than your total calorie intake!. You can search for a BMR calculator online to figure out what you natural burn!.

Even if you just figure it up for a day or few, it will help you get a better idea of how much more activity you need to do and/or calories you need to cut out of your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just becoming more aware of the calories in your food and the estimated number of calories you burn during exercise helps!. Your body is probably at its natural weight if you are eating normally and exercising, so I wouldn't recommend messing it up!. If you are overweight or close to it, just make a switch to healthier food!. If you do the right things, your body will follow, and no one is naturally overweight or even close to it, so you will be at a healthy to low weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A great and healthy way to lose weight is what my friends and I like to call the "hobbit diet"!.!.!. although it really isn't!.

Eat smaller portions, but eat about 3-5 times throughout the day, with little power snacks in between (could be a power bar, power shake, or even just peanuts)!. Keep up your active lifestyle, and just eat healthy!. And I believe you don't want to eat any later than 6 hours before bed!.!.!.!. or something like that!.

Make sure you get enough sleep, and keep hydrated!.

Find your target heart rate when exercising, and make sure not to go over -- you can actually burn muscle instead of fat that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be from the food that you are eating!. you should eat a balanced diet and stay away from fat and sugar!. also drink lots of water and get a good nights sleep!. you might also want to join a fitness gym to help you lose weight!.
