How can i lose 2 pounds per week????!
Question: How can i lose 2 pounds per week!?!?!?!?
so far i have been losing only 1 pound per week and i want to step it up to 2 pounds!!! 14 year old female 168 pounds , 5'4
usually my schedule goes like this!.!.!.
monday, wednesday, friday> cardio for 45 minutes either kickboxing or running
tuesday, thursday, saturday> weight training
squats, lunges and other stuff
so how can i lose at least 2 pounds per week becuase i am aing to lose around 25 pounds in 4 months!!! Please help!!! the calories i eat are around 1500 i also drink 2 litres of water everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would cut the calories back a bit and eat lots of fruit and veges and 6 small meals a day!.!.!. and you could up the cardio to an hour 4 times a week!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the best thing to do is workout in your target heartrate zone for atleast 45 mins a day!. your target heartrate zone is your 220-age!. so for you it would be 206!. they have watches and other things that measure your heartrate so you know when you're "in the zone!." i wouldn't cut back on the cals anymore!. just make sure you continue to drink LOTS of water and eat nutrient dense foods!. lots of fruits, veggies, the usual!. foods with lots of fiber are also very good!. keep up the good workout routine! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
That means you need to burn 7000 calories every week!. So eat 1200-1500 calories a day, and burn 1000 calories per day!.
