How come I weigh more after I work out?!
Question: How come I weigh more after I work out!?
I'll head to the gym, do abs, and run for a hour or two!. When I get back home I'll weigh 3 pounds heavier than before I left!. I dont get it lol!.
I do drink water while at the gym but its only a bottle or two and I would think it is just replacing the sweat!.
I'll go to bed a hour or so after I get home and when I wake up the weight plus some is gone!. Very wierd lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your measurement will be up too! your muscles are contracted, and weight more when you stimulate them!. Don't worry about it! Plus some it will be water weight!. Plus you work out at nigh so all your days calories are added up too!. It takes a while to adjust (while your sleeping) so long as the weight is coming off!.!.!.be PROUD!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would attribute it to water retention!. Your body tries to adjust and protect itself while intense exercise!. 1 to 2 hrs is a lot of running!.
Try drinking more water but spread it out over the whole day!. Do not just drink extra while at gym, try extra earlier in day before gym and after!.

yeah, i dont know why that happens!. maybe the muscles are trapping lactic acid!? also, if you are buiblding muscle and burning fat!. you might weigh more and still look slimmer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles are swelling of all the fitness you did and they will add acouple pounds at first when you get on the scale!. but later they will go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
