Are carbs good or bad for you?

Also if i wiegh 124 pounds and i am 5 ft. 7 in. and athletic and 14 years old how many calories and carbs should i take in each day? And what is the best way to loose but wieght?


Answers:

It's a matter of eating the right carbs. Only eat WHOLE wheat grains, pastas, breads, even rice. Avoid potatoes and replace with sweet potatoes. You should really try to avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. Which is almost imposible because it's in about everything!
How many calories? I have no idea. I would guess around 1500 a day.
The best way to lose weight is to exercise, exercise, exercise. It's the only way. Along with a good diet. Drink lots of water. When you're feeling hungry, instead of eating something, drink a bottle of water instead.
